How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 10 to 20 business days. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email.

Is shipping free?

Yes. We offer free shipping on every order to every destination we serve — United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. No minimum order. No exceptions.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 1 to 3 days for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To begin a return contact us at contact.zuyox@gmail.com with your order number and we will guide you through the process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment details on our servers.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After this window your order may already be in processing. Contact us immediately at contact.zuyox@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact.zuyox@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Every ZuYox product is covered by our 30-day return and refund policy. If you experience any issue with your product within 30 days of delivery we will replace it or refund you in full. No questions asked.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We may expand to additional countries in the future.
