Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To begin a return contact us at contact.zuyox@gmail.com with your order number and we will guide you through the process.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send your order number and clear photos of the issue to contact.zuyox@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, opened personal care items, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After this window orders may already be in processing and cancellation may not be possible.
