We offer free shipping on every order to every destination we serve. No minimum. No exceptions.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing includes order verification and packaging. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We may expand to additional countries in the future.
Delivery Times
After processing, estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days for all destinations. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 10 to 20 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and local courier operations.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 1 to 3 days for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Delayed or Lost Orders
While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of shipping contact us at contact.zuyox@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve it immediately.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided this may result in delivery delays. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
